Create a system that uses the Dehumidifier process to draw the water out of the air. 

Imagine a 50' long spiraling system that is either pushed by the wind directly or system using wind, to spin, pulling the water out of the air and gathering it in a reservoir.

We need to get a full scale survey of the property, LiDar for sure and IR/UV/GPR if we can. So please anyone that has access to these resources and is willing to contribute them, voluntarily at no cost, contact me by email. Considering 2 entry/exit points from the Hwy, one on each end of property. Just using the ToPo maps I see the property has a bit of a slant on it, so considering making 40' terraces but need those persons with skills/resources for more accurate assessment. I can only reveal the location to those willing to move forward with this.
